CGPScheduler Application is enable to driving CGPlayout to run the projects with graphic images, video, tickers, animated graphics, according to established schedules.

The communication between CGPlayout and CGPScheduler is via remote protocol TCP/IP. It is necessary that you provide to set the address and port of communication with CGPlayout. CGPScheduler can be run on the CGPlayout machine or different machine, without any restrictions.

Technical Information 
If CGPScheduler is installed on a different computer than CGPlayout, you must synchronize the clocks of both systems, and connect this to the same external server such as:ntp1.ien.it; time.nist.gov or others.

The connection parameters are persistent and will be reset on each boot.

If the connection is absent CGPlayout, CGPScheduler can not perform any function.

CGPScheduler not customize the graphic templates and plugins in CGPlayout, but can use this features.

For this reason it is necessary to first correctly setup of CGPlayout, planning templates and plugins to be used by CGPScheduler. And then, the last thing to do with CGPlayout is to save the project. At this point you can start using CGPScheduler!
